Team Lead (SAP SuccessFactors and Support)

  • SAP S4 Support Team to ensure optimal team performance.
  • Oversee the daily work of the SAP SuccessFactors implementation team.
  • Coordinate and lead a team of SAP SuccessFactors Systems Analysts to ensure quality and on-time configuration, development, solution analysis and solution support as per specifications.
  • Coordinate and lead a team of SAP S4/HANA Support Analysts to ensure 1st Line Support Process is adhered to and support requirements optimally fulfilled.
Assist the Manager:
  • Applications (Finance &
  • HR) to plan and schedule SAP SuccessFactors solution roadmap and improvement initiatives.
  • Providing SAP S4 Support insights from Support Request analysis, which can assist to improve on the SAP S4/ HANA solutions implemented.
    • SAP HR (HCM and/or SuccessFactors, Workforce Analytics).
    • SAP ECC and/or SAP S4/HANA.
    • Experience in managing the full SAP Systems Development Project Lifecycle (SDLC).
    • 5 8 years experience in IT including experience in leading a Functional or Application Support team.
    • SAP HR ECM or SuccessFactors, SAP ECC and/or SAP S4/HANA experience.
    • Experience in managing medium to large projects.
    • SAP HR (HCM, SuccessFactors &
    • Workforce Analytics).
    • ITIL and/or COBIT.
    • SAP S4/HANA implementation and/or solution support experience.
    • SAP HCM or SuccessFactors implementation and/or solution support experience.
    • Qualifications (Minimum).
    • Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology.
    • A relevant post-graduate qualification in Graphic Design.
    • Knowledge.
    • Managing vendor relations.
    • Supplier management.
    • Building and maintaining relationships across all levels of the organization.
    • Understanding of SAP Application support principles.
    • SAP Customer Centre of Excellence (CCOE) principles.
    • International SAP exposure would be advantageous.
