CHARMAINE SKEA
RESOURCING DIRECTORCharmaine has been involved in the recruitment and resourcing industry for more than 20 years. Starting in the general IT/General Admin area for a few years, Charmaine moved to specialize in SAP placements in 1997. Since her involvement in SAP, she has successfully worked for and directed several resourcing companies, both locally and internationally.
ADELE HORN
ACCOUNT MANAGERAdele always knew that people would be her career. After deciding that law was not it, she worked in Human Resources for eight years and in 2004 settled in recruitment. Adele was fortunate to have recruited skills in Engineering and Technical, Nursing, IT, and Finance previously. As a Gauteng-transplant she lives in her dream town and works with a dream team.
LIEZETTE PETERS
ACCOUNTANTLiezette was born and bred in Cape Town and could never imagine herself living anywhere else. She started her career in finance in 2003. She has worked in Finance within the FMCG and Agricultural industries and now loves every day at iSanqa. She is a married mother of one with an immense love for animals (and numbers!). Liezette realized early on that she loves the daily challenges at iSanqa and to deal with the consultants has become one of her passions.

ACCOUNT MANAGERCharmaine is passionate about people. A married mother of two, who grew up in Namibia and calls Cape Town home for the past 21 years. Her career within the recruitment environment started off as a Key Accounts Manager for 8 years with one of South Africa’s largest job portals. This allowed her to understand the importance of relationship building and gave her strong insight into candidate research, client needs when looking for suitable candidates as well as understanding the candidate’s perspective when searching for new opportunities. With over 11 years recruitment industry experience, she brings in-depth expertise of sourcing and matching talent to find the perfect solution for each client’s unique recruitment challenge.

ACCOUNTANT & PAYROLL ADMINISTRATORChrista is a mother of two and hails from Cape Winelands. She enjoys creating music and art and spending time with friends and family. She has been an accountant and payroll administrator for more than 15 years in various industries including marketing and FMCG. She is passionate about helping people.
SHARYN DAVIS
PAYROLL ASSISTANTSharyn has a very diverse career path in various industries and her passion is dealing with people on all levels. She is born and bred in Cape Town from the Northern Suburbs. As a proud mother of 2 grown children and 1 granddaughter, Sharyn feels passionate about building and nurturing relationships with people. Her personal favourite is spending quality time with her family and friends. She enjoys traveling locally for weekend getaways and one day would love to travel overseas in the future as it is number one on her bucket list.
Tanya Carstens
AdministratorTanya has been fortunate to work in various industries such as IT, Engineering, EdTech & Waste Management. She has a diverse skill set that has proven to be valuable both for herself and her employer. She has a strong administrative support background helping her to be organized and able to provide great customer service. She takes a pragmatic and methodical approach to her work and will always be up for a challenge. She finds fulfillment in helping others achieve their goals and always wants the best for everyone. She is proud of her ability to continually evolve and adapt to various challenges. Tanya is easy to talk to and approachable. Her approach is to find a win-win solution. You don’t always have to be right to make a point! She enjoys good food, arts, and crafts. You will most likely find her trying out a new restaurant or at an art exhibition or craft market.

AdministratorCharlotte is settled in the jewel of the West Coast, with her husband and pigeon pair offspring. Coming from the fast-paced Wholesale & Retail Industry for over 8+ years, serving as the right hand lady to the Western Cape Regional Manager she has developed a love of all things admin. Charlotte has been in the recruitment space for 5+ years since, providing support and assistance in all directions of business to her team ensuring smooth and efficient running of the day to day business. She takes great pride in work output, guaranteeing order and effectiveness.
